Fashionably Ashley is a lifestyle blog designed to inspire individuals to imagine, create, and then illustrate their artistic abilities. Very few people realize how powerful the mind is. Creativity is the guiding force to innovation. Innovation is the means to creation and creation is the next BIG product or service. Every individual is unique in his or her own way. Whether they paint, draw, shoot photography or design fashion it all makes up who they are. My challenge is to create a blog focused around creativity and exploration. Ashley Gustafson, founder of FashionablyAshley.com, is a fashion-savvy online marketer who’s worked with many small businesses, like 1928 Jewelry, FashionablyMarketing.Me, and LetsTalk.com to transform the way they connect with their consumers. Ashley’s specialties include merchandising, promotions, email marketing, branding, online copywriting, social media, market analysis, retail planning, and business management.
Ashley created FashionablyAshley.com as a pet project when she was making her big move from Los Angeles, her hometown, to San Francisco. She wanted to create a place where individuals could find out more about her personality, style, and interests. A place where she could market herself.
In November 2010 she cofounded Digitally Chic, a fashion/technology networking group, with seven other like-minded individuals in San Francisco. The group focuses on connecting business professionals in the fashion and technology industries with their key counterparts.The group consists of fashion designers, newspaper editors, app developers, stylists, fashion start-ups, and more. In February 2011 Ashley was an official blogger at the Teen Vogue Blogger Lounge at MAGIC, a fashion tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada.
While managing Digitally Chic and FashionablyAshley.com she also works full-time as an Assistant Web Producer at LetsTalk.com managing their social media channels and working on their email marketing, site redesigns, and mobile projects.
